Traveling is a great way to see the world and get some real life experiences before settling down and getting any commitments. A holiday is one thing, you can spend an amazing week or two in an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, but if you can make money while traveling then you can stay away for longer.

Another way to make some money is to write your own travel blog. Making money this way is by no means instant and will require a lot of time to be invested.

You simply write about your experiences and post tips to help other similar travelers. With any luck, your blog will become popular so that you can start earning money from ads displayed on your site.

English is the language of the business world, and almost every business wants to be able to communicate in English even if it’s not their first language.

You can offer your services as a proofreader to read through English letters, signs or anything else. Simply correcting grammar and spelling mistakes will make the letter more professional and also earn you an income.

The more you travel, the more you’ll have stories to tell and photographs to share with family and friends.

And usually they are looking for an extra helping hand which is not permanent, here comes your chance to help them by working as a bartender (if you have some skills) or a waiter/waitress for some extra cash that can, for example, cover your stay in the city.

9-Sell Collectibles

Each country or city that you visit has a unique kind of goods that people or tourists are interested in.

Thanks to marketplaces like eBay and Amazon and much more you can be an online seller selling different stuff according to your current location to the people around the world.

For example, you can have an advantage being in Kenya where you can buy unique handcrafted wooden tableware and sell them online for anyone in the world, it’s easy and doesn’t need much effort.

10-Work Where You Stay

If you can work in the hostel where you are staying for some hours per day in return for free bed, pretty good deal, right?

You are not making actual cash here but at least you are staying for free, so combining this method with any other way you can stay as long as you can in the place while making some money too.

Finally, there are loads of different ways you can earn money while you are traveling away from home.

The key is to be creative and not to let any opportunities pass you by. As long as it’s legal and safe, then it’s worth a go!
