Everyone loves traveling, planning a trip, booking flights, going to the airport. But when it comes to the wait time before you board your flight, I’m sure no one enjoys this time.
Waiting to board on your flight can be quite boring, and unless you are still in your home country it’ll be tricky to kill time online without an internet connection.
Some airports provide free fast internet access, but this is not the rule, this is the exception. And here comes the idea of looking for an open Wifi network which can either be slow or congested or not stable.

Our Saver
Anil Polat, the travel blogger and computer security engineer wanted to help to solve this struggle and created an interactive map for collecting all known Wifi Passwords in Airport lounges.
He’s updating the map regularly with Wifi password from dozens of airport lounges around the world.
By clicking on any airport, you can see the Wifi network’s name and password and in some airports the information on where to sit and instructions for inputting the password.
The Interactive Map
This is his interactive map, go on and try a couple of airports
He has recently made the map available in app form! WiFox is available on the App Store, Google Play, and Amazon.
Bonus Tip
You can extend your laptop’s wifi reception range which will allow you to sit further from the source, this can mean finding a normal seat instead of sitting on the cold floor or crushing on a cafe’s seat.
You can do this by using an of those USB wireless antennas.
